Well-Care Medical (Products) is a service provider that imports, assembles and distributes medical equipment. The organisation was established in 2009 to further expand our customer market and service into the private sector from our existing core business through our sister company: Thokomala Mobility Services. Since 2014, we have continued to improve, migrate and expand the product portfolio, allowing Well-Care Medical the opportunity to provide services to various wholesalers, pharmacy stores, retail agents and medical professionals.

Our organisation has retail points and distribution partners across South Africa, as well as neighbouring countries. The Taiwanese brand “Comfort” is sold exclusively by our company. Our supplier provides strong technical support which allows us to give our customers the highest quality after-sales service to meet their needs.

Our wheelchair product portfolio ranges from the most basic economy wheelchair to high-end full electric stand ups. We also offer basic assistive devices and frail care items that assist the daily life of patients.

The supply of all our products has the ISO standard of quality approval, as well as the SABS approval where needed. Our products are listed & updated continuously for Nappi Codes & SAOPA Tariff Codes, which allows end-users to claim through insurance policies via our medical professional partners.
